Introduction 1. What is the main topic of your paper? Provide any definition or explanation of relevant concepts. 2. Scientific background: Briefly explain what research article you have chosen for your paper (eg: I will discuss the research study and findings described in the article by Smith et al., 2017). If you want, you can include your own hypotheses (optional). Methods This section focuses on the content of the article you chose. Present first Participants and then Materials and Procedures. Use past tense to describe the methods! Participants 1. What were the characteristics of the participants? For example: sample size (N); SES, ethnicity, age range, gender, handedness; population: adults, children, patients with an illness or brain damage, or healthy controls. Materials and Procedures 1. What was the method of the experiment? 2. What equipment was used, if any, what was recorded or assessed? 3. What materials, tasks and stimuli were used?
