Purpose
The purpose of this worksheet is to help you identify the key components you will need to know before you can begin to develop an administrative intervention relating to your organization’s needs.
Instructions
Review the example of a completed worksheet below.
Use the blank worksheet on pg. 2 to complete your answers.
In the first column, enter the identified issue or problem related to an organizational change process.
